MISSION

Contribution to the development and improvement of detection and treatment of neurological diseases; affirmation of an interdisciplinary approach to the diagnosis and treatment of neurological diseases; facilitating national and international exchange of experience in the treatment of neurological diseases; organization of expert meetings, conferences and seminars; organization of lectures and visits of experts from abroad; participation of the Society members in professional teams that control medical services which provide neurological diseases treatment; founding schools of various diagnostic procedures for the training of experts from Serbia and standardization of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, training of new professionals interested in Neurology; continuous improvement in the profession and encouraging the exchange of personnel; engagement in research projects, certain drugs tests and surgical procedures; establishing national consensus programs of neurological diseases; initiation of professional journals and other publications in the field of neurology and related disciplines; consideration of strategic and organizational problems in the field of neurology.
